1:You MUST be in a party (with or without friends)
2:Go to combat training
3:Press Y then switch to party and click on your GT
4:Click on -Edit Playercard- and you should have every title/emblems unlocked

i mean i didnt unlock anything new ive
1.gone to combat training
2.pressed y and gone right to xbox live party
3.pressed a on my gamertag.
4.gone to edit playercard
5.checked AND unlocked nothing

buy ur item from cod points in Combat training then enable what you bought on ur player card then it will be there
