How to play High roller w/friends

Edited: i found a better way:
1) inv all friends
2) select Ur game-type but dont start yet.
3) switch from combat training and back to wager match.
4)repeat step 3 until ur gt is grey
5)start game

Note: it will kick every one but they will join ur game when u find a match.
