patch 1.04 fixed?

Hey guys, when the patch 1.04 was released black ops online on my xbox 360 just went haywire, freezing,pausing, connection loss and xbox live disconection. anyways it does not happen much now but was their a hotfix or something goin on? but my friends xbox is still glitching up form the patch.
